Debitel`s World of Communication
 
THE BRIEFING In the main administration building of the mobile communications company in Stuttgart, where around 2,000 people are working, a communicative ambience was to be created, which facilitates easy interexchange of the personnel as well as creative, hierarchy-free thinking and working.
 
THE DESIGN The interior of the building was transformed into a completely new world of communication under the motto „Good bye Hightech – Hello Body, Mind and Soul“: cold, distancing materials and strict shapes with hard edges were banished or packed away respectively.
A new soul was breathed into the company through vivid colours, simple shape language and common everyday design with styles from different eras. Communication areas were created everywhere, for example, two completely contrary kitchens, that promote easy relaxing and the spontaneous interchange of employees and visitors.
